Manage Tables

Manage Tables – shows all information about linked Excel spreadsheets in the current Revit project and provides a possibility to update or delete them.

Select – select the spreadsheets that will be deleted or updated.

View Name – View Name from the Revit project.

View Type – View Type in a project (Legend, Drafting).

Excel Document Path – path to the Excel file. If you would press on the link, then the tool will open this file with the Excel program.

Date modified – time when an Excel file was updated or created.

Date loaded – time then an Excel file was uploaded to the Revit project.

Status column:

File up to date

The Excel file was modified. Click Update Selected to sync changes

The Excel file was moved or deleted. It needs to be reimported

Synchronization

When Excel files are modified, all the latest changes can be synced with the Revit file. Select the modified spreadsheets and click Update Selected.

If there are more than one spreadsheet uploaded from the same Excel file, but only one of them was modified, the update will be required for all the other spreadsheets as well.
