Fatal Error Occurred

Problem

A 'fatal error' message visible, similar to:

Solution

1. Disable other Revit® add-ins and re-start Revit®. If this fixes the issue - try and re-enable each of the add-ins one by one. Once the issue re-occurs, forward us the name of the software that caused the crash. We will test compatibility and make adjustments if needed.

2. If you suspect that ARKANCE software is causing Revit® to crash, please forward us your ARKANCE Dock and Revit log files for investigation. Log files can be found here:

   • Dock: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\TOOLS 4 BIM\*Revit version*\LogT4BDock.txt

   • Revit: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit *Revit version*\Journal.xxxx.txt
